Expressing doubt means showing uncertainty, hesitation, or lack of confidence about something.

Nepali:
शंका व्यक्त गर्नु भनेको कुनै कुरामा निश्चित नभएको, द्विविधा भएको वा विश्वास नभएको अवस्था देखाउनु हो।

1. I doubt… (मलाई शंका छ…)

👉 Used when you do not believe something strongly

Examples:

• I doubt he will come.
  👉 मलाई शंका छ ऊ आउनेछ।
• I doubt this plan will work.
  👉 मलाई शंका छ यो योजना काम गर्नेछ।

2. I don’t think… (मलाई लाग्दैन…)

👉 Used to show negative belief politely

Examples:

• I don’t think she likes me.
  👉 मलाई लाग्दैन उसलाई म मन पर्छु।
• I don’t think it will rain.
  👉 मलाई लाग्दैन पानी पर्छ।
