Subject: An Amazing Class Experience
Dear David,
I hope you are doing well. Today I just had one of the most interesting classes, and I could not wait to share it with you. It was our English literature class, and our teacher introduced us to a thought-provoking short story that sparked lively discussions.
The lesson began with the teacher narrating the story in a very engaging way. Instead of simply reading, she used expressions, gestures, and questions to make us feel like we were part of the scene. The story dealt with human emotions and everyday struggles, which made it easy for everyone to relate. After the narration, she divided us into small groups and asked us to discuss the main theme and the characters’ choices. This group activity was both fun and educational. I realized how differently people can interpret the same story.
What I enjoyed most was the debate session at the end. Some of us argued that the main character was wise, while others thought he was careless. The teacher encouraged every opinion and guided us toward deeper understanding. I also got a chance to speak, and it felt great to share my ideas confidently.
This class was special because it was not just about memorizing facts but about thinking critically and expressing ourselves. It reminded me how much I enjoy learning when lessons are interactive.
I wish you had been there! Let’s catch up soon and I’ll tell you more.
Best wishes,
Balram

Subject: Exploring the Beauty of Chitwan
National Park
Dear David,
I
hope this email finds you in good health and spirits. Today, I wanted to share
something special from my country—Chitwan
National Park, one of the most beautiful and popular tourist
destinations in Nepal.
Located
in the southern part of Nepal, Chitwan National Park was established in 1973
and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984. It covers an area of about
952 square kilometers and is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. The
park is famous for its dense forests, grasslands, and river systems, offering
an unforgettable experience of natural beauty and wildlife.
One
of the main attractions here is the one-horned
rhinoceros, which is found only in Nepal and parts of India.
You can also spot Bengal tigers, leopards, elephants,
sloth bears, and over 500
species of birds, including the rare Bengal florican and
hornbill. Tourists enjoy jeep safaris,
canoe rides, jungle walks,
and elephant-back safaris to explore the park.
Besides
wildlife, Chitwan also gives visitors a chance to learn about the local Tharu community, their unique culture, traditional
houses, dances, and food. The Tharu
Cultural Museum and evening cultural shows are great ways to
experience their heritage.
The
best time to visit is between October and March when the weather is cool and
pleasant. Sauraha and Kasara are two main entry points with good accommodation
facilities.
I
highly recommend you visit Chitwan National Park if you ever come to Nepal. I’d
be delighted to show you around and make your trip memorable.
Looking forward to hearing from
you soon!
Warm
regards,
Balram

Subject: Discovering the Beauty and Culture of Nepal
Dear Juliya,
I
hope you're doing well. Today, I’m excited to tell you about my beautiful
country, Nepal, a small but incredibly diverse nation
nestled in the lap of the Himalayas.
Nepal
is famous around the world as the land of Mount Everest,
the highest peak on Earth. It is a country of natural beauty, rich history, and
cultural diversity. Though small in area, Nepal has everything—from the
snow-capped mountains in the north to the green hills and fertile plains in the
south.
Our
country is home to several world
heritage sites, including Lumbini,
the birthplace of Lord Buddha, and Kathmandu
Valley, which is full of ancient temples, palaces, and artistic
monuments. Tourists from all over the world come to Nepal for trekking, mountaineering,
rafting, and sightseeing.
Nepal
is also culturally rich with more than 100 ethnic
groups and 123 languages
spoken. Despite the diversity, we all live in harmony. Our festivals like Dashain, Tihar,
Holi, and Teej
are celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy.
Nepalese
people are known for their hospitality,
friendliness, and simplicity.
Our food is also delicious—dal bhat,
momos, and sel roti
are some local favorites you must try if you visit.
The
climate varies with the region—cool in the mountains and warm in the lowlands.
The best time to visit is between October and
April, when the skies are clear and the views are stunning.
Juliya,
I really hope you’ll visit Nepal one day. I’d love to show you around and
introduce you to the beauty and warmth of my homeland.
Looking forward to your reply!
Warm
regards,
Balram
