1. Purpose of the Interview

·         The Personality Test evaluates the candidate’s:

1.      Personality traits – leadership, maturity, integrity, confidence

2.      Mental alertness – ability to analyze and solve problems

3.      Communication skills – clarity of thought and expression

4.      Decision-making & ethical understanding – handling dilemmas professionally

·         The interview is not a knowledge test but assesses overall personality and suitability for civil services.
