1. Tell us about yourself.

I enjoy helping people and making a difference. This role allows me to support patients and learn continuously.


3. What do you know about our hospital?

4. What qualities are important for a nursing assistant?
Kindness, patience, communication, and attention to detail.


5. What experience do you have with patient care?
I have helped patients with daily tasks, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and emotional support.


6. How do you handle stress?
I stay calm, prioritize tasks, and focus on solving the problem without panic.


7. Have you worked with elderly patients?
Yes, I have cared for elderly patients, ensuring they feel safe and respected.
