Use	Will	Would
Definite future	I will call you tomorrow.	–
Past future (reported speech)	–	He said he would call me.

2. Polite Requests & Offers

Use	Will	Would
Less formal request	Will you help me?	–
More polite/formal request	–	Would you help me, please?
Polite offers	Will you have some tea?	Would you like some tea?

3. Habits

Use	Will	Would
Present/future habits	He will often go for a walk after dinner.	–
Past habits	–	When we were kids, we would play outside all day.

4. Hypothetical or Imaginary Situations

Use	Would
Unreal condition	If I were rich, I would travel the world.
Imaginary future	I would buy that car if I had enough money.

5. Promises & Decisions

Will
I will always support you. (promise)
I will go with you. (decision made at the moment)

6. Reported Speech (Past Tense of "Will")

He said, "I will come."	He said he would come.

Examples in Nepali (for understanding)

1.      I will help you.
→ म तिमीलाई सहयोग गर्नेछु।

2.      He said he would help me.
→ उनले भने, "म तिमीलाई सहयोग गर्ने थिएँ।"

3.      Would you like tea?
→ तपाईंलाई चिया चाहिन्छ?

4.      If I were you, I would study harder.
→ म तिमी भएको भए, अझै मेहनत गरेर पढ्थेँ।
