Nepali meaning: "भएको हुनुपर्थ्यो" (bhaeko hunuparthyo) / "गर्नुपर्थ्यो तर गरिएन"

👉 Here, "have" means "to possess" (present), not a past action. This is NOT "should have + verb 3".
