Key points:

1. Identify the Purpose

Decide the reason for writing (event, product launch, award, partnership, etc.).

2. Know Your Audience

Determine who will read it (journalists, media, public) and tailor content accordingly.

3. Create a Strong Headline

Make it clear, concise, and attention-grabbing; summarize the main news in one line.

4. Write the Sub headline (Optional)
