An interjection is a word or phrase that expresses a sudden emotion, feeling, or reaction. It is grammatically independent from the rest of the sentence.

Nepali:
विस्मयादिबोधक (Vismayādibodhaka) ती शब्द वा पदावली हुन् जसले अकस्मात् भावना, उत्तेजना वा प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त गर्छन्। यी व्याकरणको दृष्टिले वाक्यको बाँकी भागबाट स्वतन्त्र हुन्छन्।
